As I looked over my animatic, I noticed most of the main characters that I had already developed and been covered in design to fit within the dream environment, or aspects of the room. The only exception to this being the two guiding wind up toys.
These toys lead the main girl character through the world and attempt to warn her of the looming dark from the fading moon.
Unlike my other characters, I had a quite clear idea of how these two should appear, given the other character designs and environment already had a clear visual style.
I wanted the wind up toys both to be unique to each other, but also work within this imaginary world
